Daily routine reduces our ability to perceive danger. This initiative reminds employees that it just takes a moment to think of their own safety and thus avoid accidents. The employees at BASF are showing how easy it is.

Workshops training Safety Champions

A point-collecting booklet presents workshop offerings designed to help make work processes safer within BASF. Employees who participate in as many events as possible are awarded the “Safety Champion” distinction.
